Explanation of Services
Level 1 Service
Level 1 Service includes OST/Quick Bid Takeoff from Plans & Specs provided to MWE. A detailed Takeoff Sheet in PDF form (with Legend) & a Bid Report Package that are generated & delivered via email or One-Drive link.
Level 2 Service
Level 2 Service includes Level 1 deliverables - OST/Quick Bid Takeoff from Plans & Specs provided to MWE. A detailed Takeoff Sheet in PDF form (with Legend), a Bid Report Package & the generation of a Proposal (from your Template or a MWE created Template). We also include the completion of all pertinent Bid Forms.
Level 3 Service
Level 3 Service includes Level 1 & 2 deliverables - OST/Quick Bid Takeoff from Plans & Specs provided to MWE. A detailed Takeoff Sheet in PDF form (with Legend), a Bid Report Package & the generation of a Proposal (from your Template or a MWE created Template). We also include the completion of all pertinent Bid Forms. This level of Service includes the submission of your bid to your clients. We will answer scope related questions & provided updated documents to provide a complete package.
