Service Levels
Basic - Level 1 Service
The basic level consists of a OST/QB takeoff sheets (w/ Legend) & Bid Reports. The standard bid reports we issue are - Bid Summary (the list of Takeoff Conditions), Section Markup (parts & pieces inventory & complete Labor break-down), Job Cost Summary (can be used to input the project budget into Accounting Software), Payroll Report (includes - Wage, Burden, Per Diem, Total Cost & Total Man Hours) & Purchasing report (includes vendor protected values if using e-quote).
Intermediate - Level 2 Service
The intermediate level consists of the Basic Level 1 deliverables (OST/QB takeoff sheets & Bid Reports), as well as a Proposal furnished in Word & PDF formats, ready to review & submit.
Premium - Level 3 Service
The Premium level consists of the Basic Level 1 & Intermediate Level 2 deliverables (OST/QB takeoff sheets & Bid Reports), as well as Bid Submission to the GC client. Level 3 also provides post bid communications to include scope review & buyout meeting attendance.
