3 Levels of Service to Fit Your Needs

All Levels include Takeoff Sheets from OST (w/ Condition Legend visible) & Bid Reports (Bid Summary, Section Markup, Job Cost Summary, Payroll Report & Purchasing Report.

Level 2 Service includes the Proposal for your Project.

Level 3 Service includes Bid Submission & Post Bid Support.

OST/Quick Bid
OST & Quick Bid are the Software system used to complete the Scope of Work Takeoff for your project. MWE believes it is the best software in use today for the Commercial & Residential Drywall Industry. OST is the image & Quick Bid is the Conditions tabulated for overall value. MWE will be able to adjust the scope of work for Addenda & other updates as they occur. We strive to get these updates into the scope of work for no additional cost. There may be times where all agree that MWE will need to update a quote for the Bid to be successful.
Bid Reports

The Bid Summary Report shows the actual conditions as created on OST.

The Section Markup Report lists all the parts & pieces contained in the scope of work.

The Job Cost Summary lists costs for Materials, Labor etc & includes Total Footage & Man Hours.

The Payroll Report shows wages, benefits, burden, Per Diem, etc. to breakout total Value, Production per Man Hour & Man Hours.

The Purchasing Report shows the line-item cost for major scope items (i.e. Gypsum Wallboard) that can be compared to invoices from your vendors for accurate payment of bills.

Proposals
Scope specific Proposals that are customized to your specific needs. They can be created by MWE or we can use a Template that you provide us.
Level 3 Submission
On bid day, we will access the ITB information for late-breaking Addenda & updates as provided to us by you & your client.
